Divorce express — our fixed fees
Amounts agreed in advance, with no unpleasant surprises. These fixed fees apply to proceedings before the Geneva courts.
- Initial consultation30 minutes CHF 50.–
- Divorce without childrenand without division of matrimonial property CHF 1'500.–
- Divorce with childrenand/or division of matrimonial property CHF 1'800.–

Transparency
The Firm applies a policy of transparency in relation to fees.
1. Hourly rate
The Firm generally applies the hourly rate recommended by the Bar Association.
2. Fixed fee
Depending on the type of proceedings, a fixed fee may be applied.
3. Interim invoices
Statements of work and interim invoices are sent to the client at regular intervals.
The Firm accepts payment by monthly instalments.
The Firm also handles cases covered by legal aid.
